You will work at the intersection of outbound hustle and data-driven iteration, and top performers have a clear path to a closing role within months.\nWhat You'll Do\nQualify inbound marketing leads and convert them into opportunities for Account Executives.\n\nExecute multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, testing new channels to expand reach.\n\nBuild and refine outbound sequences by forming hypotheses, measuring results, and continuously improving.\n\nOwn early customer onboarding to ensure smooth handoffs and initial success.\n\nHelp shape SDR processes and best practices as the team scales.\n\nDevelop closing skills to transition into a full-cycle sales role as you hit your targets.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n1 or more years of sales experience, ideally in outbound, telesales, or B2B SaaS environments.\n\nNative-level German with a confident phone presence and professional written communication skills.\n\nFluent English for internal collaboration (company language).\n\nDemonstrated ability to qualify leads and manage top-of-funnel through to demo handoff.\n\nExperience building, testing, and iterating on outreach sequences with a metrics-driven mindset.\n\nCompetitive, commission-motivated personality with a clear drive to grow into a closing role.\n\nComfort working in a fast-moving, experiment-friendly startup environment.\n\nPrior exposure to AI or SaaS products, particularly in the SMB segment, is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: 60,000 to 90,000 EUR annually, plus uncapped commission.
