Strong performance can create a path toward an Account Executive role.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage German-speaking prospects from first contact through qualified demo handoff to Account Executives.\n\nQualify and prioritize inbound leads generated by marketing.\n\nReach prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.\n\nBuild, test, measure, and improve outreach sequences and sales hypotheses.\n\nHelp refine SDR workflows and support customer onboarding during handoff.\n\nWork toward progression into an Account Executive role through strong performance.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRelevant sales experience, ideally at least one year in outbound sales or telesales; promising junior candidates may also be considered.\n\nNative-level German and confident phone communication, plus strong professional spoken and written English.\n\nExperience with multichannel outreach and designing, testing, and improving sales sequences.\n\nB2B SaaS sales experience is beneficial.\n\nA competitive, output-oriented approach and interest in working in a fast-growing startup environment.\n\nAbility to test ideas, learn from results, and improve outreach processes.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary range: €60,000 to €90,000.
