You will connect with hospitality operators to understand their communication challenges and qualify opportunities for product demonstrations.\nWhat You'll Do\nProspect daily through cold calls, email, and social outreach, with 100 or more calls as the baseline.\n\nFollow proven outreach plays, then test messaging and sequences while tracking conversion at each step.\n\nQualify operators through brief discovery conversations and book demonstrations with suitable prospects.\n\nShare timely feedback on objections, customer needs, and promising market segments with the sales team.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of experience in sales development, such as an SDR or BDR role, or another high-volume outbound position.\n\nA bachelor's degree and experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment.\n\nComfort making 100 or more outbound calls per day and qualifying and booking meetings with executives and operators at enterprise accounts.\n\nExperience selling technical products, ideally AI, and familiarity with CRM systems, sequencing tools, and dialers. Salesforce experience is a plus.\n\nStrong phone communication, resilience, fast learning, and a willingness to share effective approaches with teammates.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n$90,000 to $140,000 OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable), plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.
