You will build relationships with founders and hiring leaders by turning outbound conversations into qualified meetings.\nWhat You'll Do\nMake daily outbound calls to founders and hiring leaders, using provided prospect lists and outreach sequences.\n\nReach prospects through email and LinkedIn, and respond promptly to signs of interest.\n\nFollow up consistently, share requested information, and handle common objections professionally.\n\nLearn about a company's hiring needs, timing, and decision-makers to qualify prospects and book meetings for the founders or sales team.\n\nUse AI tools to support efficient outreach while keeping research focused and relevant.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in a customer-facing role with a high volume of daily conversations, or early-career customer-facing experience.\n\nRelevant backgrounds may include SDR or BDR work, appointment setting, inside sales, recruiting or staffing sales, call-center work, door-to-door sales, or retail sales.\n\nExperience with outbound calls, CRMs, sales dialers, or outreach sequences is useful.\n\nFamiliarity with selling to founders, hiring managers, or small-business owners, using AI tools in sales, or working at a startup is a plus.\n\nIndividual contributors and early-career sales professionals are encouraged to apply.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nVisa sponsorship is available.\nLocation\nRemote, with in-person onboarding in Salt Lake City, Utah.
