You will connect with marketing, SEO, and content leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies and book qualified product demos.\nWhat You'll Do\nMake daily cold calls to marketing, SEO, and content decision-makers to start conversations and qualify interest.\n\nBuild and enrich lead lists using AI-assisted research and prospecting tools, including Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT.\n\nRun outbound campaigns across calls, LinkedIn, and email, testing messaging and improving based on results.\n\nAttend industry events and trade shows in the DACH region, engage prospects, and book follow-up meetings.\n\nQualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule demos for the sales team, and maintain accurate CRM records.\n\nShare structured feedback on objections, customer needs, and competitor activity with the broader team.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, customer success, or a similar prospecting role.\n\nFluency in German and English, with experience setting appointments through cold calling.\n\nHands-on experience with multichannel outreach across phone, LinkedIn, and email.\n\nProficiency with AI-assisted prospecting tools such as Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT.\n\nExperience selling SEO tools or working with SEO teams, and familiarity with buyer personas and topics such as AI Overviews and traffic loss.\n\nExperience participating in trade shows or industry events, and willingness to travel within the DACH region.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary range: €55,000 to €80,000.
