You will work on two core challenges: building scalable backend systems and improving the reliability and efficiency of the AI agent flows that power the product.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain backend systems and services that can operate at scale.\n\nOptimize and iterate on large language model integrations and AI agent orchestration.\n\nImprove the reliability and efficiency of AI-powered product workflows.\n\nTake ownership of technical work and ship software that supports platform performance and user experience.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTypically 8 to 10 or more years of relevant experience, with a substantial hands-on record of coding and shipping software.\n\nStrong backend engineering experience building scalable systems.\n\nPractical experience optimizing LLM integrations and AI agent flows in production.\n\nA portfolio of side projects demonstrating technical depth and sustained curiosity.\n\nStartup experience is preferred, particularly in a fast-growing environment, along with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to engineering craft.\n\nWillingness and legal eligibility to work on-site in Stockholm, including relocation if needed.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompensation is $80,000 to $120,000 USD annually, plus equity. The compensation mix may be negotiable.
