You will sit in a cross-functional team with Customer Success, Product and Engineering to turn data into actionable insights for large enterprise clients.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead measurement initiatives and define KPIs and learning plans for marketing objectives.\n\nDevelop, implement, and maintain analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks using modern BI tools.\n\nAnalyze data from multiple sources including privacy preserving data environments and industry solutions to derive insights.\n\nPresent findings to both technical and non-technical audiences and translate requirements into analytical solutions.\n\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering to translate measurement needs into product improvements.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n9+ years of analytics or data science experience with expertise in measurement and attribution\n\nStrong SQL and Python skills for independent analysis and modeling\n\nExperience building dashboards and reports with tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Looker\n\nBackground in AdTech with familiarity of data collaboration platforms and privacy preserving analytics\n\nExperience communicating complex analyses to diverse audiences and working in client-facing contexts\n\nBachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative field\n\nAbility to work Pacific Time business hours\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary: from the mid five figures annually to a higher range depending on experience.
