In this customer-facing role, you will work directly with procurement teams to understand their needs, develop solutions across the stack, and improve how AI features perform in real workflows.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork on-site with customer teams to understand their processes and turn broad requests into clear problems to solve.\n\nReview AI conversations, logs, and execution traces to identify failure patterns and improve prompts, context, and tool use.\n\nTurn recurring AI issues into evaluation cases in collaboration with the AI team.\n\nBuild product features, customer-data adapters, and integrations that connect enterprise systems and data sources.\n\nSupport deployments, observe how customers use your work, and iterate until it delivers value.\n\nBring repeated customer needs into reusable product and platform capabilities.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTypically 2+ years of experience shipping software for real users, with strong full-stack or backend foundations.\n\nProduction experience with TypeScript or Python, APIs, SQL, and relational databases.\n\nExperience with enterprise integrations, LLM applications, or technical customer-facing work.\n\nAbility to investigate system behavior using logs, traces, or conversation histories, and to improve software based on observed user behavior.\n\nExperience with React, Next.js, or another frontend framework is useful, as is building integrations across systems.\n\nClear communication with users, IT teams, and engineers, plus the follow-through to support work after launch.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive salary and meaningful equity are offered.
