You will guide enterprise customers from initial discovery through production deployment, while bringing their needs and technical constraints back to product and engineering.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead customer discovery to understand data architecture, technical constraints, and business needs.\n\nScope and deliver proofs of value, from technical validation through production commitments.\n\nRun product demonstrations, answer technical objections, and lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.\n\nDevelop reusable discovery frameworks, demo narratives, objection handling, and reference architectures.\n\nTranslate customer edge cases into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.\n\nPartner with machine learning and infrastructure teams to deliver deployments that meet customer requirements.\n\nNavigate enterprise security reviews, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder buying decisions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 to 3 years in a hands-on technical or data role.\n\nA track record of converting technical proofs of value into production commitments in enterprise B2B software.\n\nStrong knowledge of data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and enterprise data architecture.\n\nWorking knowledge of production LLM and agentic systems, including their capabilities and limitations.\n\nExperience leading technical discovery, demonstrations, and end-to-end proofs of concept with enterprise stakeholders.\n\nPython or SQL skills sufficient to prototype with customers;
