In this customer-facing role, you will work directly with procurement teams to understand their needs, build and deploy solutions, and improve AI agents based on real-world use.\nWhat You'll Do\nVisit customer teams to understand their workflows and turn broad requests into clear problems to solve.\n\nReview agent conversations and execution traces to identify failure patterns, then improve prompts, context, and tool use.\n\nWork with the AI team to turn recurring agent failures into evaluation cases.\n\nBuild product features, customer-data adapters, and integrations across the stack, from initial idea through production.\n\nSupport rollouts, observe how customers use the software, and iterate until it delivers value.\n\nBring recurring customer needs into shared product and platform capabilities.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRelevant experience in the 2 to 10+ year range, with a track record of shipping software used by real people.\n\nStrong full-stack or backend foundations, including production APIs, SQL, and relational databases.\n\nProduction experience with TypeScript or Python; experience with React, Next.js, or another frontend framework is useful.\n\nAbility to investigate system behavior using logs, traces, or conversation histories, and to improve software based on direct observation of users.\n\nExperience with enterprise integrations, LLM applications, or technical customer work; procurement knowledge is not required.\n\nFamiliarity with TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL/Supabase, Vercel, and Python is relevant to the stack.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive salary and meaningful equity.
