You will own production deployments and turn customer needs and live feedback into reliable, repeatable implementations.\nWhat You'll Do\nTranslate customer requirements into robust production workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails.\n\nLead deployments and build integrations with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and common authentication patterns.\n\nWrite and test glue code and features, with appropriate monitoring and logging.\n\nDebug production issues across calls, workflows, and data, and deliver timely fixes.\n\nCreate reusable deployment templates and playbooks to improve consistency and scale.\n\nShare recurring customer pain points and product recommendations with internal teams.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of practical experience translating customer requirements into production implementations.\n\nProduction experience with LLM applications, including prompting, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, and failure modes.\n\nHands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, OAuth or API keys, and third-party integrations.\n\nStrong coding skills for implementation, testing, monitoring, and logging, plus cloud deployment and observability fundamentals.\n\nGerman proficiency at B2 level or above. Exceptional candidates without German proficiency may also be considered.\n\nVoice or telephony integrations are a plus. TypeScript, Python, SQL, workflow automation, and privacy experience are also useful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompensation is €60,000 to €90,000 annually.
