You will turn product priorities into useful features and help shape an AI-powered regulatory compliance platform for manufacturers and retailers across Europe.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain the product across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.\n\nTranslate roadmap priorities into shipped features that deliver value to users.\n\nTalk directly with customers to understand their needs and inform product direction.\n\nRefactor and scale the codebase as the product and team grow.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience, including work at an early-stage startup and a track record of shipping products to real users.\n\nProduction experience as a full-stack engineer with TypeScript, React, and Python.\n\nFamiliarity with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, and Google Cloud.\n\nStrong product sense, a user-focused approach, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.\n\nRegular use of AI agents and tools in your engineering workflow.\n\nFluency in German and English; experience in B2B SaaS, legal technology, regulatory technology, or AI and machine learning is beneficial.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is €80,000 to €90,000 annually.
