You will turn roadmap priorities into useful features and work directly with customers to shape an AI-enabled platform for regulatory and product compliance.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the software and infrastructure stack across frontend, backend, and cloud deployment.\n\nTranslate product priorities into shipped features that deliver measurable user value.\n\nTalk with customers to understand their needs and inform product direction.\n\nMaintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product and team grow.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience, with a record of shipping products to real users.\n\nStrong product judgment, a user-focused approach, and the ability to develop solutions that work across customer needs.\n\nProficiency with TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, and Google Cloud.\n\nExperience in an early-stage startup and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.\n\nAn AI-native approach, including regular use of AI agents and tools in your workflow.\n\nFluency in German and English.\n\nExperience in B2B SaaS, legal technology, regulatory technology, or AI and machine learning is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €80,000 to €90,000 annually.
