You will own data flows from scoping through production, helping ensure that information and automated decisions move reliably between systems.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain integrations with ERP systems, cloud data warehouses, object storage, and custom data sources.\n\nDesign reliable, near-real-time syncs that process large customer datasets with minimal manual intervention.\n\nInvestigate third-party APIs and develop resilient connectors that account for their limitations and undocumented behavior.\n\nCreate round-trip tests for read, update, and write workflows to prevent data loss.\n\nValidate and reconcile data early, and build monitoring and alerting to detect and triage failures.\n\nWork directly with customers and their IT teams to scope, deliver, and operate integrations.\n\nDevelop the integration layer so new data sources can be added through configuration where possible.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of production experience building Python data pipelines and integrations.\n\nHands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic.\n\nDeep experience integrating third-party systems through REST, SOAP, and query-language APIs, including OAuth, credential management, pagination, and rate limits.\n\nAdvanced SQL skills, including high-performance queries and bulk upserts at scale.\n\nExperience designing idempotent, auditable pipelines and safe write paths with dry runs and failure capture.\n\nExperience with structured logging, sync tracking, alerting, and failure attribution.\n\nExperience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, and a background task orchestration framework such as Temporal or similar.\n\nFamiliarity with ERP integrations;
