You will work on systems that bring together data from multiple sources and route AI requests under real production conditions.\nWhat You'll Do\nIntegrate AI products that process and move substantial amounts of data across external sources and systems in real time.\n\nRoute streaming responses and language model requests across providers, with fallback and cost controls.\n\nMonitor latency, costs, and error rates, then act proactively to prevent system degradation.\n\nImprove reliability and performance under production load while keeping architecture maintainable and appropriately simple.\n\nBuild observability and instrumentation to identify issues and support root-cause analysis.\n\nContribute to frontend code when needed.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of backend engineering experience, including 3 years of production TypeScript experience.\n\nProduction experience with Docker and Kubernetes, and strong system design skills, including reasoning about performance, latency, and cost trade-offs.\n\nSolid knowledge of PostgreSQL, APIs, queues, and caching.\n\nExperience improving platform reliability and performance, and using instrumentation and observability to debug production systems.\n\nExperience with streaming responses or routing language model requests across providers with fallback and cost logic is useful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary is €60,000 to €90,000 annually.
