The team values ownership, adaptability, and impact for both business and users.\nWhat You'll Do\nEngage with customers to understand problems and translate insights into actionable product decisions.\n\nDeliver end to end features from discovery through production across the stack.\n\nLeverage AI native tooling to accelerate development and maximize impact.\n\nOwn zero to one initiatives such as dunning workflows or portal re engineering.\n\nPrioritize work, decide what to build, skip, or sunset initiatives as needed.\n\nAddress core energy retail challenges including billing, procurement, retention, and cost optimization.\n\nShape engineering culture, tooling, processes, and contribute to team growth.\n\nAdapt quickly to new tools and bring the team along the learning curve.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTrack record of shipping real end to end product work with strong full stack capabilities.\n\nComfort owning end to end systems and hands on technical contribution.\n\nInterest or experience in energy retail domains such as billing, procurement, retention, or cost optimization.\n\nFluent usage of AI native development tools as force multipliers.\n\nHigh ownership, strong judgment, and ability to thrive in ambiguity and early stage environments.\n\nEvidence of technical excellence through shipped projects, competitions, open source, or similar work.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: 80,000 - 120,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nLocation\nPrimary location: Berlin, Berlin state, Germany.
