You will work closely with a product designer to shape features from early concepts through production, making emerging AI capabilities useful and intuitive in real workflows.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild new AI interaction patterns and user experiences where established practices may not yet exist.\n\nCo-design features with a product designer or take ownership of the full feature lifecycle.\n\nShape information architecture, user flows, copy, and error states as part of implementation.\n\nValidate that features solve real user problems and are discoverable and easy to use without guidance.\n\nRefine interface details such as spacing, loading states, and microcopy, and communicate decisions and trade-offs with the team.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience building and shipping production full-stack features end-to-end.\n\nHands-on experience with React and TypeScript, as well as server-side logic, APIs, and data modeling.\n\nExperience owning complete features and their user experience, including information architecture, user flows, copy, and error states.\n\nA user-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills.\n\nExperience collaborating with product designers and building AI or machine learning features in production.\n\nFamiliarity with technologies such as PostgreSQL, tRPC, Kubernetes, Docker, or Electron is relevant.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual base salary: €60,000 to €90,000.
