You will own features end-to-end across applied AI, agent configuration, integrations, and the systems behind them, helping deliver reliable solutions to customer problems.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild product features that help users configure AI agents, troubleshoot issues, connect external systems, and get useful answers from their data.\n\nDevelop and improve voice agents for speed, reliability, and high-quality interactions.\n\nExtend agent capabilities across calls, messaging, and email, with shared memory and state.\n\nBuild memory systems that support reasoning across customer interactions and workflows.\n\nImprove observability and tracing so issues in agent interactions are easier to understand and resolve.\n\nHelp agents select the right communication channel for each interaction.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nProduction experience building and owning distributed systems and product features across frontend and backend.\n\nStrong software engineering fundamentals, product judgment, and the ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly.\n\nProduction backend experience with Python, FastAPI, or TypeScript, and experience building React frontends.\n\nExperience with real-time audio or voice infrastructure, AI agents or LLMs, and asynchronous or event-driven systems with complex state.\n\nExperience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\n\nFamiliarity with workflow orchestration, job scheduling, communication integrations, and observability tools is useful.\n\nRelevant tools include TypeScript, React, Vite, TanStack, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Temporal, and AWS.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompensation is €85,000 to €160,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available.\nLocation\nThis is an on-site role in Berlin, Germany.
