The work directly shapes how small business owners manage their finances day to day, making complex financial tasks easier, faster, and more intuitive.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the roadmap for customer-facing AI features, applying LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation to real small-business financial problems with a thoughtful eye on accuracy, privacy, and risk.\n\nImprove the new-customer journey from signup through activation, helping users reach value quickly and deepen engagement over time.\n\nBuild and enhance business workflow tools such as invoicing, automation, reminders, reconciliation, and other day-to-day financial operations.\n\nLead the strategy for partner integrations and APIs, connecting accounting, payments, payroll, and business software into useful, end-to-end workflows.\n\nRun experiments across onboarding, adoption, and retention, defining success metrics and turning successful tests into scalable product improvements.\n\nPartner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and go-to-market teams to bring products to market.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nMeaningful experience as a product manager, ideally in fintech or a closely adjacent domain.\n\nHands-on background in at least one core area: SMB onboarding and activation, workflow tooling, integrations and APIs, or customer-facing AI products.\n\nDemonstrated fluency with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.\n\nComfort working with LLMs and AI-driven product surfaces, with an understanding of the tradeoffs involved.\n\nStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience aligning engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market stakeholders.\n\nA track record of shipping products that drive measurable growth, retention, or monetization outcomes.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $160,000 to $200,000 USD annually.
