You will work closely with founders and team leads to attract exceptional talent and build recruiting practices that support the team's growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles, from sourcing through offer.\n\nPartner with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.\n\nSource candidates through high-signal and unconventional channels, including candidates with non-traditional backgrounds.\n\nBuild and improve recruiting operations and tools, automating workflows where useful.\n\nEvaluate candidates using portfolios and projects as well as resumes, assessing technical skills and product or market intuition.\n\nDevelop a strong understanding of the product to engage and inform technical candidates.\n\nSupport onboarding and new-hire ramp, and contribute to performance reviews, leveling, and feedback systems.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting across technical and go-to-market roles.\n\nExperience working independently in an early-stage startup environment.\n\nA track record of creative candidate sourcing and strong judgment in assessing talent.\n\nAbility to communicate technical concepts credibly and evaluate candidates beyond resume credentials.\n\nExperience building recruiting operations and automating workflows, including through AI tools or vibe coding.\n\nFamiliarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay.\n\nExposure to People Operations or HR work, such as onboarding, performance reviews, or leveling.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $130,000 to $225,000 annually.
