You will help bring motion planning, control, and sensor integration from development through deployment in real manufacturing environments.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop and optimize motion planning, trajectory generation, and control for industrial robot arms.\n\nIntegrate cameras, force and torque sensors, and other perception systems into real-time control loops.\n\nImplement industrial safety concepts and fail-safe behaviors.\n\nLead on-site testing, calibration, and commissioning of robotic systems.\n\nDrive robotics architecture decisions and engineering best practices.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of robotics engineering experience working with physical robot hardware.\n\nStrong knowledge of kinematics, motion planning, and control theory, with hands-on experience generating trajectories for industrial robot arms in production environments.\n\nProficiency in C++ and/or Python, plus experience with 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks or CATIA.\n\nExperience with industrial or collaborative robot arms, end-of-arm tooling, and sensor integration, including vision and force or torque sensors.\n\nExperience deploying robotic systems in industrial settings; surface-finishing, welding, or coating automation is helpful.\n\nFamiliarity with ROS 2, machine vision or 3D perception, and industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT or OPC-UA is useful.\n\nFluent English; German is a plus. Must be eligible to work in Germany.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nEquity participation is available.
