Your work will help automate demanding manufacturing processes, including surface finishing, welding, and coating.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the core robotics software stack for the work cell.\n\nDevelop and optimize motion planning, trajectory generation, and control for robot arms.\n\nIntegrate cameras, force and torque sensors, and other perception systems into real-time control loops.\n\nImplement industrial safety concepts and fail-safe behaviors.\n\nLead on-site testing, calibration, and commissioning in industrial environments.\n\nDrive architecture decisions and engineering best practices.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least five years of robotics engineering experience working with real robot hardware.\n\nStrong knowledge of kinematics, motion planning, trajectory generation, and control theory.\n\nProficiency in C++ and/or Python, plus 3D CAD experience with tools such as SolidWorks or CATIA.\n\nHands-on experience with industrial or collaborative robot arms, end-of-arm tooling, and associated sensors.\n\nExperience integrating vision and force or torque sensors into real-time robot-control loops, and deploying robotic systems in production environments.\n\nFluent English; German is a plus. Must be eligible to work in Germany.\n\nExperience in surface-finishing, welding, or coating automation, machine vision or 3D perception, and industrial protocols such as EtherCAT or OPC-UA is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nEquity participation is available.
