You will own projects from product decisions through architecture and production delivery, helping make real-time AI interactions reliable and useful.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild reliable voice AI systems, including retrieval-augmented generation, dynamic model routing, and testing new transcription systems before release.\n\nDesign and operate distributed call scheduling systems that handle concurrency, time zones, retries, provider limits, and failures.\n\nExtend agents across voice and other communication channels, maintaining shared context across real-time and asynchronous conversations.\n\nDevelop memory and reasoning capabilities that help agents maintain context through customer workflows.\n\nBuild AI-powered tools for configuring agents, troubleshooting issues, and connecting to business systems.\n\nImprove observability and resilience so issues can be traced to their root causes.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of relevant experience building and shipping product software, including owning distributed systems in production and delivering projects end to end.\n\nProduction experience with Python, FastAPI, or TypeScript, and data stores such as PostgreSQL or Redis.\n\nExperience with distributed systems, real-time systems, audio processing, voice infrastructure, or production AI and agentic systems.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\n\nExperience with workflow orchestration or message queues, frontend development, and observability tools is useful.\n\nStrong software fundamentals, a bias toward action, and an interest in business outcomes and reliable AI products.\n\nRelevant technologies include LiveKit, Bun, Node.js, Fastify, React, Temporal, and OpenTelemetry.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is €85,000 to €160,000 annually, plus equity.
