You will work across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Delivery, owning the technical thread from discovery through production go-live.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead discovery with quality, logistics, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to understand workflows, systems, data sources, and constraints.\n\nDeliver tailored product demonstrations and address technical objections using customer-specific processes and requirements.\n\nDesign solutions by identifying relevant modules, integrations, data needs, phasing, and scope.\n\nTurn solution designs into sequenced implementation plans and statements of work, including realistic estimates, dependencies, and risks.\n\nPartner with Sales on proposals and commercial documents to ensure commitments are technically deliverable.\n\nLead solution workshops, support configuration, and remain accountable for the design through implementation and go-live.\n\nCoordinate technical handoffs across Product, Data, Engineering, and Delivery, and share customer insights to inform product development.\n\nCreate reusable solution designs, discovery frameworks, scoping templates, and integration patterns.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical account management delivering enterprise software implementations.\n\nExperience owning solution designs from pre-sales through implementation and go-live.\n\nBackground in supply chain, cold chain, logistics, or quality management workflows, ideally in a regulated industry.\n\nHands-on experience configuring or implementing enterprise software, and delivering tailored demonstrations in sales settings.\n\nAbility to coordinate technical handoffs and sequence work across Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.\n\nProficiency with Figma, FigJam, or similar design tools, and Linear, Jira, or equivalent project tracking systems.\n\nFamiliarity with APIs, data integration, system interoperability, and reusable implementation playbooks is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $140,000 to $180,000 annually.
