Sitting within the Commercial Organization, the Senior Solutions Engineer bridges pre-sales and delivery, owning solution design and staying accountable through go-live. The continuity matters: what gets scoped is what gets built.\nWhat You'll Do\nRun technical and process discovery with supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT stakeholders to uncover current-state workflows, data sources, systems, and constraints.\n\nDeliver tailored platform demonstrations mapped to the customer's own lanes, products, and release processes rather than a generic script, and handle technical objections live.\n\nOwn the initial solution design and solution map, defining which modules apply, what data is required, which integrations are in scope, and what is phased.\n\nTranslate solution designs into scoped, sequenced statements of work and implementation plans, surfacing long-lead items and dependencies before they become commitments.\n\nPartner with Sales on proposals and order forms to ensure commercial commitments are technically deliverable.\n\nCarry your design into delivery: lead solution workshops, guide configuration of lane qualification, command center, and automated product release modules, and remain accountable through go-live.\n\nCoordinate with Product, Data, and Engineering to sequence deliverables, manage technical handoffs, and feed real customer patterns back into the roadmap.\n\nBuild reusable assets including reference solution designs, discovery question banks, scoping templates, and integration patterns.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager delivering enterprise software implementations.\n\nDemonstrated ownership of solution designs end-to-end, from pre-sales through implementation and go-live.\n\nExperience delivering customer-tailored product demonstrations and handling technical objections in sales situations.\n\nDomain background in supply chain, cold chain, logistics, or quality management systems and workflows.\n\nHands-on experience configuring or implementing enterprise software modules such as product release management, qualification systems, or command and control platforms.\n\nProficiency with design and documentation tools (Figma, FigJam, or equivalent) and project tracking systems (Linear, Jira, or equivalent).\n\nExperience coordinating technical handoffs and sequencing deliverables across Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.\n\nExperience in regulated industries (pharma, food, healthcare) with compliance and traceability requirements is a strong plus.\n\nFamiliarity with data integration patterns, API-driven architectures, or system interoperability challenges is a plus.\n\nExperience building reusable solution templates, discovery frameworks, or implementation playbooks is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $140,000 to $180,000 USD annually.
