As part of the Commercial organization, you will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to design practical solutions for supply chain and cold chain customers.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead technical and process discovery with supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT stakeholders to understand workflows, systems, data, and constraints.\n\nDeliver tailored product demonstrations and address technical objections using customer-relevant scenarios.\n\nOwn solution designs, including applicable modules, data needs, integrations, scope, and delivery phases.\n\nTurn designs into sequenced implementation plans and statements of work, identifying effort, dependencies, and risks.\n\nSupport proposals and commercial documents by ensuring commitments are technically deliverable.\n\nLead solution workshops, guide software configuration, and remain accountable through customer go-live.\n\nCoordinate handoffs and deliverables across Product, Data, Engineering, and Delivery teams.\n\nCreate reusable solution designs, discovery frameworks, scoping templates, and integration patterns.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager delivering enterprise software implementations.\n\nExperience owning solution designs from pre-sales through implementation and go-live, including tailored demonstrations and technical sales discussions.\n\nBackground in supply chain, cold chain, logistics, or quality management, ideally in a regulated industry with compliance and traceability needs.\n\nHands-on experience configuring or implementing enterprise software, plus familiarity with data integrations, APIs, and system interoperability.\n\nProficiency with design and documentation tools such as Figma or FigJam, and project tracking tools such as Linear or Jira.\n\nExperience coordinating cross-functional technical delivery and building reusable implementation materials is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nSalary range: $140,000 to $180,000 USD annually.
