You will own the technical solution from discovery and tailored demonstrations through delivery and go-live, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Data, and Engineering.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead technical and process discovery with supply chain, quality, logistics, and IT stakeholders to understand workflows, data sources, systems, and constraints.\n\nDeliver customer-tailored demonstrations and address technical objections using the customer's logistics and product workflows.\n\nDesign solutions that define applicable modules, required data, integrations, phases, and scope.\n\nTranslate solution designs into sequenced implementation plans and statements of work, identifying effort, dependencies, and risks.\n\nPartner with Sales on proposals and commercial commitments to ensure they are technically deliverable.\n\nLead solution workshops, support software configuration, coordinate technical handoffs, and remain accountable through go-live.\n\nWork with Product, Data, and Engineering to sequence deliverables and share customer insights that inform product development.\n\nCreate reusable solution designs, discovery frameworks, scoping templates, and integration patterns.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical account management delivering enterprise software implementations.\n\nExperience owning solution designs from pre-sales through implementation and go-live, including tailored demos and technical sales discussions.\n\nBackground in supply chain, cold chain, logistics, or quality management workflows, ideally in a regulated industry with compliance and traceability needs.\n\nHands-on experience configuring or implementing enterprise software, and coordinating work across Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.\n\nProficiency with design and documentation tools such as Figma or FigJam, and project tracking tools such as Linear or Jira.\n\nFamiliarity with APIs, data integrations, system interoperability, and reusable implementation playbooks is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $140,000 to $180,000 USD annually.
