targets.\n\nStrong knowledge of attribution, incrementality, and unit economics, with the ability to connect channel decisions to business outcomes.\n\nExperience building tools or automating workflows with code or AI-enabled platforms.\n\nA record of close collaboration with creative teams, developing data-backed hypotheses and structured feedback loops.\n\nExperience running rapid, systematic tests and communicating findings clearly to cross-functional partners.\n\nExperience marketing to SMBs or working in SaaS or product-led growth environments is valuable.\n\nCompensation &
