You will work across AI-powered developer tools and the infrastructure that runs integrations, with significant ownership over core systems and architecture.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and build purpose-specific AI coding agents for supply chain connectivity.\n\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure for hosting and running integrations.\n\nOwn core systems end to end, from the agent platform to the integrations runtime.\n\nMake foundational architectural decisions and establish engineering practices as the team grows.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to five years of experience as a full-stack or backend engineer, with experience owning complex products end to end.\n\nProficiency in TypeScript and modern full-stack development; experience with React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, or AWS is relevant.\n\nHands-on experience building with AI agents or large language models using current approaches.\n\nExperience building backend or infrastructure systems such as runtimes, orchestration, or cloud platforms, in addition to product interfaces.\n\nEarly-stage startup experience, including building products or systems from scratch and working with a high degree of autonomy.\n\nStrong engineering fundamentals and the ability to work across both product development and infrastructure.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $150,000 to $300,000 annually.
