You will work across AI coding agents and the infrastructure that hosts and runs integrations, helping establish foundational systems and engineering practices.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and build purpose-specific AI coding agents for supply chain connectivity.\n\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure for hosting and running integrations.\n\nOwn core systems end to end, from the agent platform through the integrations runtime.\n\nMake foundational architectural decisions and shape engineering patterns as the team grows.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to five years of experience as a full-stack or backend software engineer, with a primarily software engineering rather than ML-focused background.\n\nStrong TypeScript skills and experience with modern full-stack product development.\n\nExperience shipping and owning complex products end to end, including building systems from scratch with a high degree of autonomy.\n\nHands-on experience building with AI agents or LLMs using current approaches.\n\nExperience with backend or infrastructure systems such as runtimes, orchestration, or cloud platforms, beyond product UI work.\n\nFamiliarity with technologies such as React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS.\n\nEarly-stage startup experience and a record of initiative, demonstrated through founding work, standout projects, or other notable engineering achievements.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: $150,000 to $300,000 USD annually.
