You will work across a Flutter mobile app, AI and agent infrastructure, developer experience, and backend services, helping engineers ship reliable product improvements.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn core parts of the Flutter app, including shared components, design systems, state management, performance, and tooling.\n\nBuild AI and agent infrastructure, including MCP servers, background agent capabilities, evaluations, and feedback loops.\n\nIntegrate agentic coding tools into everyday engineering workflows.\n\nImprove CI/CD, release tooling, and the feedback loop from code changes to production.\n\nShip user-facing features alongside platform work and keep shared foundations dependable for other engineers.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to four years of production experience building mobile or web applications, with professional backend engineering experience.\n\nExperience shipping product or backend software to production, with hands-on engineering ownership in a startup, early-stage company, or founding-engineer role.\n\nFlutter and Dart experience is welcome but not required; strong web application experience is also relevant.\n\nDaily, fluent use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar, and a considered perspective on their strengths and limitations.\n\nA strong academic background, entrepreneurial mindset, good design judgment, and clear English communication.\n\nInterest in improving shared systems and developer workflows, as well as contributing to an education technology product.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €80,000 to €110,000 annually.
