Your work will support product teams and contribute to tools used by learners.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn core areas of the Flutter app, including shared components, design systems, state management, performance, and tooling.\n\nBuild and improve AI infrastructure such as MCP servers, background agent platforms, evaluation systems, and feedback loops.\n\nImprove developer experience through CI/CD, release tooling, and faster feedback between writing code and seeing it in production.\n\nShip user-facing features alongside platform work.\n\nKeep shared systems reliable so engineering teams can build on them confidently.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to four years of production experience building mobile or web applications. Flutter and Dart experience is welcome but not required.\n\nProfessional backend engineering experience and familiarity with building and operating production software.\n\nDaily, fluent use of agentic coding tools, with a thoughtful perspective on their strengths and limitations.\n\nA strong academic background and solid engineering fundamentals.\n\nExperience in a startup, early-stage company, or founding-engineer environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.\n\nGood design judgment, clear English communication, and an interest in improving systems that help other engineers work effectively.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €80,000 to €110,000 annually.
