You will strengthen shared mobile, AI, and developer infrastructure while also contributing to product software used by students.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and improve core parts of a Flutter mobile app, including shared components, design systems, state management, performance, and tooling.\n\nBuild and support agentic and AI infrastructure, including MCP servers, background agent platforms, evaluations, and feedback loops.\n\nIntegrate agentic coding tools into engineering workflows and improve CI/CD, release tooling, and developer feedback cycles.\n\nShip user-facing product features alongside platform work.\n\nKeep shared systems reliable so product engineers can build on them with confidence.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to four years of production experience building mobile or web applications, with professional backend engineering experience.\n\nHands-on experience shipping product or backend software in production; research-only work is not a substitute.\n\nFlutter and Dart experience is a plus, but strong web application experience is also relevant. Deep platform engineering or architecture tenure is not required.\n\nDaily, fluent use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar, with a considered perspective on their strengths and limitations.\n\nA strong academic background, entrepreneurial experience such as startup or founding-engineer work, and clear English communication.\n\nGood design judgment and an interest in improving systems that help other engineers work effectively.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €80,000 to €110,000 annually.
