The work helps engineers deliver reliable, polished learning experiences more effectively.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn core parts of a Flutter app, including shared components, the design system, state management, performance, and tooling.\n\nBuild and improve AI and agent infrastructure, including MCP servers, background agents, evaluations, and feedback loops.\n\nHelp integrate agentic coding tools into everyday engineering workflows.\n\nImprove developer experience through CI/CD, release tooling, and faster feedback between writing code and seeing it in production.\n\nShip product features alongside platform work and keep the foundation dependable for engineering teams.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nTwo to four years of production experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart, or building web applications.\n\nDaily, fluent use of agentic coding tools, with a considered perspective on their strengths, limitations, and practical workarounds.\n\nA strong academic background from a well-regarded university or equivalent institution.\n\nAn eye for design and detail, including visual consistency, spacing, and animation quality.\n\nClear communication in English and an interest in improving systems and workflows that help other engineers work effectively.\n\nExperience shipping production software; deep platform engineering or architecture experience is not required.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe salary range is €80,000 to €110,000 annually.
