You will partner closely with senior leadership and the broader engineering team to shape platform architecture from the ground up, with real ownership and outsized impact at an early stage of scale.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.\n\nDesign, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end.\n\nDeliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack.\n\nEstablish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team culture.\n\nCollaborate with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years contributing to system design or architecture.\n\nStrong full-stack proficiency using TypeScript/JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend, with React experience.\n\nExperience on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery, including architecting, deploying, and operating scalable services.\n\nSolid experience modeling, querying, and optimizing MongoDB schemas for performance at scale.\n\nStrong testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.\n\nDemonstrated staff-level technical leadership: architecture ownership, mentoring engineers, and raising team-wide effectiveness.\n\nProven ability to collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to define strategy, requirements, and deliverables.\n\nA track record of clear, senior individual-contributor impact rather than a path toward engineering management or executive roles.\n\nBackground in well-regarded engineering or product-focused organizations is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: $185,000 to $240,000 USD annually.
