You'll Do\nOwn company acquisition from prospecting and first conversations through onboarding and activation.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with startup founders, executives, and talent leaders.\n\nUnderstand hiring needs and translate them into effective searches on the marketplace.\n\nGenerate demand through outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, events, and content.\n\nPersonally execute cold calls and tailored email and LinkedIn campaigns.\n\nTest messaging, channels, customer segments, and commercial approaches, then turn successful experiments into repeatable processes.\n\nPartner with talent and product teams to improve matching, client experience, and marketplace liquidity.\n\nTrack the demand funnel and improve conversion at each stage.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 1 to 2 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial, consulting, operations, or growth role.\n\nExperience in a fast-paced environment, such as a venture-backed startup, management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital.\n\nFirsthand experience executing outbound client acquisition or demand generation, ideally engaging founders or senior leaders.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.\n\nComfort working across strategy and execution, including designing a go-to-market approach and carrying out early outreach personally.\n\nRecent in-person work experience and ability to work on-site in San Francisco.\n\nLocation\nOn-site in San Francisco,
