Working closely with recruiting leadership and senior stakeholders, you will shape hiring processes and help the business grow efficiently while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.\nWhat You'll Do\nAlign with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.\n\nBuild candidate pipelines through active sourcing and relevant recruiting channels.\n\nConduct pre-screening and screening calls, and share clear, actionable assessments.\n\nCoordinate hiring activities to keep processes organized and moving on schedule.\n\nNegotiate employment terms and manage offers through to acceptance.\n\nDesign lean, scalable recruiting processes and measure effectiveness using KPIs.\n\nDevelop and deliver employer-branding initiatives.\n\nCoordinate external partners supporting HR operations, such as payroll and tax services.\n\nSupport onboarding and offboarding, and help establish foundational HR processes, tools, and team activities.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRecruiting or adjacent sales development experience; junior and transitioning candidates may be considered.\n\nExperience managing end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure.\n\nAbility to create lean recruiting processes from the ground up and track results with measurable KPIs.\n\nExperience negotiating employment contracts and successfully closing candidates.\n\nFamiliarity with recruiting platforms and software, including configuring tools and workflows effectively.\n\nStrong candidate assessment, communication, and role-pitching skills, with the ability to maintain quality in a fast-moving environment.\n\nExperience developing and executing employer-branding initiatives.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €65,000 to €80,000 annually.
