You will help turn technical discussions into scoped deployments and commercial partnerships, working across research, engineering, and business teams.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild a deep understanding of robotics foundation models and deployment systems, and explain their capabilities to partner engineers.\n\nLead technical discussions with partners from initial meetings through pilot scoping and contract negotiations.\n\nCoordinate between research and engineering teams in Asia and partner organizations in the United States.\n\nWork with business leadership to scope and negotiate pilot and partnership terms.\n\nTravel occasionally to partner sites.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to ten years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, technical consulting, technical product, or technical partnerships.\n\nA background in computer science, electrical engineering, robotics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on engineering experience.\n\nExperience engaging deeply with machine learning and robotics engineers and explaining technical systems.\n\nExperience owning commercial conversations and negotiating pilot or partnership terms with large organizations.\n\nBackground in deep tech, robotics, AI infrastructure, or enterprise software, with a strong interest in physical AI and robotics.\n\nKorean or Japanese language skills are a plus.\n\nMust be authorized to work in the United States or have an H-1B visa eligible for transfer.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nMarket-rate compensation based on experience and seniority, with early-stage equity. A specific salary range has not been set.\nLocation\nHybrid in San Francisco, California, with approximately three days per week in the office and occasional travel to partner sites.
