This role helps turn technical discussions into deployments and commercial partnerships.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild a deep understanding of robotics foundation models and deployment systems so you can explain them credibly to partner engineers.\n\nLead technical discussions with partners, from initial meetings through pilot scoping and contract negotiation.\n\nCoordinate between research and engineering teams in Seoul and Tokyo and partner organizations in the United States.\n\nWork with US leadership to scope and negotiate pilot and partnership terms.\n\nWork from the San Francisco office about three days per week and occasionally travel to partner sites.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to ten years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, technical product, or technical partnerships.\n\nA background in computer science, electrical engineering, robotics, or equivalent hands-on engineering experience, with the ability to engage deeply with machine learning and robotics teams.\n\nExperience owning commercial conversations and negotiating pilot or partnership terms with large enterprises.\n\nExperience in deep tech, robotics, AI infrastructure, or enterprise software, and genuine interest in physical AI and robotics.\n\nKorean or Japanese language skills are a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nMarket-rate compensation based on experience and seniority, plus early-stage equity. The salary range has not been specified. Candidates must have US work authorization or an H-1B visa that can be transferred.\nLocation\nHybrid, based in San Francisco, California, with on-site work about three days per week and occasional travel to partner sites.
