You will connect robotics foundation model capabilities with partner engineering needs, helping turn technical conversations into deployments and commercial agreements.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop a deep understanding of robotics foundation models and their deployment stack, and explain them clearly to partner engineers.\n\nLead technical discussions from initial meetings through pilot scoping and contract negotiations.\n\nBridge research and engineering teams across Asia with partner organizations in the United States.\n\nWork with US leadership to scope pilots and negotiate partnership terms.\n\nTravel occasionally to partner sites.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to ten years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, such as solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, technical consulting, technical product, or technical partnerships.\n\nStrong computer science, electrical engineering, robotics, or equivalent hands-on engineering experience, with the ability to engage deeply with ML and robotics engineers.\n\nExperience owning commercial conversations and negotiating pilot or partnership terms with large enterprises.\n\nBackground in deep tech, robotics, AI infrastructure, or enterprise software, and genuine interest in physical AI and robotics.\n\nKorean or Japanese language skills are a plus.\n\nMust be authorized to work in the United States or have an H-1B visa that can be transferred.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nMarket-rate compensation based on experience and seniority, plus early-stage equity. A specific salary range has not been set.
