As a founding engineer for US operations, you will help shape the systems and technical decisions that support reliable money movement at scale.\nWhat You'll Do\nShip production code early while learning the codebase, product, and banking domain.\n\nLead engineering projects from initial design through production as an individual contributor.\n\nTurn complex financial and banking requirements into reliable software that works at scale.\n\nMake decisions about system design, data modeling, and architecture.\n\nWork with engineering, product, and clients to evolve core banking systems.\n\nBuild simple, maintainable systems that automate operational challenges.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of hands-on backend software engineering experience.\n\nAt least 1 year of experience in an early-stage or small startup.\n\nStrong coding skills and a track record of shipping and iterating on reliable software.\n\nA high level of ownership and comfort working in new problem spaces without a playbook.\n\nInterest in building core banking systems and financial infrastructure.\n\nExperience with banking systems or financial infrastructure is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary of $200,000 to $400,000 annually, plus equity.
