This role is pivotal in managing the Group's capital management plan, overseeing capex budgeting, and maintaining rigorous cashflow forecasting across all Opcos. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical accounting foundation, and the ability to operate effectively across a multi-entity investment holding structure\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as a key finance business partner to Opcos and Finance Heads, providing guidance and challenge on financial performance\nPartner with senior leadership on group strategy, financial planning, and decision-making, including budgets, forecasts, financial models, and long-term plans\nDevelop and maintain the Group-wide capital management framework, including capex planning, capital allocation, and liquidity management\nMonitor rolling Group Cashflow Projection to ensure that it is robust and updated to facilitate decision-making for capital allocation\nSupport treasury operations, including bank facilities, cash pooling, and foreign currency exposure management\nAppropriate finance support for any M&A activities \nUphold strong financial governance and internal controls across the Group and Opcos, ensuring compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards\nProactively identify and escalate financial risks, conflicts of interest, and governance gaps to the CFO and Board\nOversee consolidated financial reporting and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with SFRS/IFRS and regulatory requirements\nLead external audit processes and maintain effective relationships with auditors\nDevelop and standardise financial policies, reporting frameworks, and procedures across the portfolio\nTax optimisation for the Group, including review of structuring, transfer pricing, and compliance across jurisdictions\nManage relationships with tax authorities and external advisers, ensuring timely and accurate filings\nAct as a steward of the Group’s capital and financial reputation, including maintaining governance frameworks such as DOA\nPrepare management reports and board-ready financial packs and presentations\nRequirements\nThe successful candidate will ideally possess the following traits:\nChartered Accountant qualification \nBachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, or a related discipline\n10-15 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have Big 4 experience \nDemonstrated experience in a group finance, holding company, or multi-entity environment - private equity-backed or investment firm experience is an advantage\nHands-on experience with capital management, capex planning, and cashflow modelling at a consolidated group level\nExposure to Singapore financial reporting standards (SFRS/IFRS) and Singapore regulatory requirements\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel\nWilling and able to travel regionally and internationally as required to support Opcos across the Group's portfolio\nCommitted to being a hands-on business partner \nA natural leader who commands credibility and inspires confidence \nThrives under pressure and maintains composure in ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
