In this role, you will manage program operations, prepare monthly grant billing reports, and serve as a liaison between the Board of Health and Cleveland Clinic’s Infectious Disease department. You will provide guidance to team members regarding program requirements and operations and participate in training at the Board of Health. Your efforts will focus on developing systems and procedures to enhance patient care within Cleveland Clinic while advancing your skills through hands-on experience and contributing to the future of healthcare.\nA caregiver in this position works days from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.\nA caregiver who excels in this role will:\nDevelop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. \nServe as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. \nManage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. \nAllocate time to meet completion requirements. \nServe as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. \nReview and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. \nOther duties as assigned. \nMinimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training\nOR Associate’s Degree and four years of experience\nOR Master’s Degree and one year of experience\nOR High School Diploma / GED and six years of experience\nKnowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development\nPreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:\nExperience in healthcare setting \nLicensed social worker\nExperience working with HIV patients\nDegree in social work\nGrants experience\nEPIC experience\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods\nAbility to operate a computer and other office equipment\nAbility to communicate and exchange accurate information\nAbility to travel throughout the hospital system\nThe policy of Cleveland Clinic Health System and its system hospitals (Cleveland Clinic Health System) is to provide equal opportunity to all of our caregivers and applicants for employment in our drug free environment.
