This role is for someone who enjoys moving fast, working in ambiguity, and building products in markets that don’t yet exist.\nAs part of our team, you will:\nWork across product, growth, and strategy - whatever helps us find product-market fit.\nGenerate and test product and growth hypotheses at high speed.\nTalk constantly with our users - creators around the world building content and businesses.\nDesign unique user experiences in a category that is still being invented - there’s no playbook and no one to copy.\nTake full ownership of a major product area, from user value to product metrics.\nLaunch experiments, features, and improvements that are reflected in real numbers.\nAt a startup like ours, everyone wears multiple hats.
