financial planning, budgets, and forecasts.\nMaintain compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple states.\nAnalyze financial data to identify trends, perform cost-benefit analysis, and support strategic decisions.\nEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting.\nLead and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with various departments to implement financial best practices and optimize financial performance.\nEnhance financial systems and processes, utilizing technology for efficiency.\nAbout You:\nChartered Accountant (CA)/ CGMA with at least 3 years of post-articles experience.\nDemonstrated experience in financial management, any experience with US companies would be advantageous.\nProficient with modern financial software and systems.\nOutstanding problem-solving ability.\nProven leadership skills with experience in team development.\nExcellent communication and collaboration
