The Role We're looking for an Operations Manager to own how CleverProfits runs day-to-day: the systems, handoffs between teams, and reporting that shows whether it's working. This is hands-on work. You'll be in the tools, with the departments, and in the room when we decide how something should work. You'll notice what's slow or breaking and fix it before anyone asks.
