CleverProfits uses the latest cloud platforms to serve businesses remotely from anywhere in the world.\nAbout the Role\nWe're hiring an AI Operations Analyst to support both our fast-moving internal AI initiatives and the broader operational work that keeps our team running smoothly. This is a hybrid role: most of your time will support AI projects, making sure the AI tools and workflows are built and work reliably, get adopted, and continue delivering value, and the other portion of the role will be to support general operations across the team. You will be assisting to build the various development projects, utilizing AI tools. You will also be the person who makes sure the projects land, last, and improve, while also contributing to the day-to-day operational backbone of the company. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path to grow as our footprint expands.\nAI Automations & Operations\nHelp complete project builds, getting them from the initial framework through to completion. \nRun quality checks and smoke tests on new internal AI tools before they're rolled out; document issues, verify fixes, and coordinate with builders to resolve blockers.\nTrack how internal AI tools are used across the team, build and maintain dashboards that report adoption and ROI to leadership, and surface insights that inform what gets scaled, refined, or sunset.\nHelp operate the internal pipeline that captures, classifies, and tracks AI projects - keep statuses accurate, ownership clear, and intake processes running smoothly.\nSupport pilot rollouts with checklists, communication plans, and cross-team coordination.\nOperations Support\nYou will learn the day-to-day operations of the business end-to-end, including finance, client management, compliance, and internal workflows.\nYou will support the operations manager in daily tasks, stepping in to cover when needed.\nYou will develop a deep enough understanding of our processes that you can identify where automation adds the most value.\nYou will flag inefficiencies you spot and bring forward concrete suggestions for how to address them.\nWhat we are looking for\nBackground in software engineering, computer science, AI development, or building AI ventures\nHands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms beyond surface-level familiarity\nComfortable working with APIs, integrations, and technical documentation\nProven ability to take a project from a starting point and see it through to completion\nStrong follow-through, someone who closes loops without being chased\nComfortable working independently on a prioritised workload\nDetail-oriented enough to test, validate, and document their own work\nJunior in experience but hungry -
