We are looking for a Senior PLM Engineer to join our team in Sweden. Additionally, we believe in continuous learning: through workshops, training, and internal communities, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills and grow professionally.\nYour role will include:\nUnderstanding customer challenges, needs, and requirements and translating them into solutions that drive tangible results.\nResponsible for the technical implementation and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter solutions for clients and to meet unique customer specifications.\nDocument configurations, customizations, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.\nKeeping up-to-date with the latest developments in PLM to provide innovative solutions.\nCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions for our clients.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.\nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nWhat you bring to the table:\nSolid experience with Teamcenter or other PLM, systems and proven experience working on client projects with tailored PLM-systems.\nProven ability to design, configure, and deploy engineering solutions across multi-client environments.\nExperience working directly with customers - with good understanding of system setup, data migration and integrations. \nExperience with PLM system architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations, with hands-on experience in Teamcenter (or other PLM platforms).\nBackground in the engineering industry is an advantage.\nFluent in Swedish & English (Both written & verbal) \nThis employment requires security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority.
