# Restorative Measures Coordinator

Reports To: Director of Community Safety Job Purpose: To support the development and implementation of a community-based restorative process rooted in Dene values and traditions. The coordinator will co-develop the start-up, coordinate, and deliver restorative initiatives by working closely with the director of community safety, the FCSS justice supports worker, Elders, leadership, community members, and partner agencies. Duties and Responsibilities: Co-develop and implement a community-based restorative justice program. Facilitate restorative justice circles (healing, sentencing, conflict resolution). Recruit and support circle keepers and facilitators. Liaise with RCMP, Victim Services, Corrections, Crown Prosecutors, and other partners. Conduct community outreach and awareness activities. Ensure Elders and cultural practices are embedded in programming. Develop policies and procedures for a start-up department. Track outcomes and complete reporting for funding partners.
