Working with management and stakeholders, they schedule activities, coordinate between teams, set standards for quality control, handle budgeting, and ensure the success of the new product. As NPI Program Manager at Click Bond, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our aerospace fastener programs. This role requires a strong understanding of aerospace industry standards, project management skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. You will ensure that programs are executed efficiently, within budget, and in accordance with our high-quality standards.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProgram Leadership:\nLeadership skills, clarity of vision, conflict resolution skills, and the resolve to complete a complex project with several moving parts.\nLead and manage aerospace fastener programs from inception through completion.\nDevelop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.\nServe as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.\nProject Management:\nDefine program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.\nMonitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.\nEnsure timely and cost-effective delivery of program milestones.\nCross-Functional Coordination:\nCollaborate with engineering, sales, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.\nFacilitate communication between teams to address any issues and ensure seamless program execution.\nQuality and Compliance:\nEnsure all program activities comply with aerospace industry regulations and standards.\nImplement and oversee quality control processes to meet customer requirements and company standards.\nCustomer and Stakeholder Engagement:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.\nProvide regular program updates and address any customer concerns or requirements.\nContinuous Improvement:\nAnalyze program performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.\nImplement best practices and lessons learned to enhance program management processes.\nAdditional Duties & Responsibilities:\nReport immediately all suspicious and hazardous conditions to a supervisor.\nUnderstand and observe all safety guidelines and assure quality and safety by complying with all appropriate Click Bond policies and procedures.\nAssist in maintaining clean, orderly, and hazard-free work areas.\nAble to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:\nStrong knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP).\nProven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Aras).\nThrives working in a dynamic ever-changing ambiguous environment. Can take on various roles and fill gaps to get the job done.\nExhibit ability to make the right decisions based on deep analysis, experience, and discernment. Seek and incorporate mentorship.\nThe ability to span from long-term strategic vision to tactical execution with ease.\nComfortable taking on any crisis moments. Encourages direct and tough debate and intuitively knows when to move on.\nAbility to evaluate complex issues with multitude of factors and propose optimal solution(s).\nAbility to read and write English.\nEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.\n0 to 1 year of experience in program management within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
